  Ongoing absolutely horrible experience from the 1st minute, and not over yet. I have had 2 appointments already with this office, got a letter from the IRS (for the 1st time ever), wasted more than 1 day already chasing this. Note that my taxes are easy, I am single and hold 1 regular office job!!!

  AMAZING! I went in when I received a letter from the IRS stating that I owed quite a bit of money. I was frantic and an incredible tax advisor, Marie Juarez, Gallego, explained the documentation we would need to fill out, filled it in patiently, and even found some extra claims on my taxes I had not made! That's not even what made this experience so pleasant. Marie was so patient and didn't complain that she ended up spending 3 hours on my tax documents. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!
