  You cannot have a receptionist who does not know what she is doing. I will be going somewhere else. All that is required to be asked are the following questions: -What service are you looking for? -Is there a person you'd like to work with? -What date/time are you looking for? Only then ask for specific information regarding tax picture and identifying info. Plus, listening skills are key. If someone asks a question, answer it or ask for it to be repeated/clarified. Do not ignore and move on. Two stars for the fact she was very courteous, but clearly wasn't trained on proper intake procedures and professional decorum.
