  They are horrible! All they care about is getting they’re money. They never offered help when the IRS sent me a letter. They immediately deducted they’re charge out of my partial refund so far leaving me nothing. All they care about is scamming folks wanted to keep charging more money. This was my 1st and last time dealing with them. The person who prepared me taxes only works weekends. Please... n never in the office. They give you only the office number which they never pick up the phone. Don’t waste your, energy and MONEY dealing with these scammers!

  I called two days prior to my arrival and have been informed that walks are welcome. I head to this location at.5:05 pm . No Receptionist. I set down with two other clients and was waiting.after 15 min. A Lady passed by and said : what you need? I said I want to get my taxes done . She replied I sorry but speake just a very little English and is just me and my coworker and two people ahead of you. Can help you today.I sorry. I got up and left. But it is hard for me to believe that H&R Block is employed Tax Preparers who only speak Hispanic in the city of Dallas ?!
