  Did my Taxes with H&R block online (Previously used Turbo Tax) and I went through everything and finally got to the final step, I ended up owing IRS some money so I came into this store to see if they can give me a better explanation as to why, because the online support sucks and was terrible, and they couldn't really help me and could not tell me why I owe even tho I had all of my paperwork with me. A few days passed and my taxes got rejected by both state and federal so I went back to this location to ask why and they said I need to call a H&R block online specialist.... Went with turbo tax again and they fixed everything (online) and I ended up getting a refund instead of owing Definitely do not recommend going here or any H&R Block! I will stick with Turbo Tax

  Bad office, poorly managed. Staff openly discusses customers in a bad way at the front desk. Completely indifferent about customer service-I'd find someplace that at least pretends to care about customers.

  I left my paperwork there on 3-22 and was told that their manager Morgan would be taking care of it and it would be done on 3-23. I called on 3-23, 3-24, 3-27. Each time the secretary was extremely helpful and kind, but each time I was told "I just spoke to Morgan and he said that he will be giving you a call". No call, No voicemail. Nothing. Sad, I have had zero issues with HR Block, I'm single and my taxes are fairly straightforward. I'm not sure why the MANAGER can't handle doing it, or having someone else do it in 5 days and to not even receive a phone call is insulting. Typically the people here are great. This 1 star specifically is for Morgan the manager of the lakewood common branch

  Warning! I caution you strongly about using this office. The did my return and told me everything was done and ready to go. They never even filed my return! They did nothing to help out after the error was found, even after I was a loyal customer for 5+ years. They gave me ridiculous attitude and insinuated this was somehow my fault? Scary office, poor office manager. AVOID!

  I have used this location for several years now for personal and business. Great service. Claudio was very professional and solved every problem I threw at him,including my wife being out of state and needing to sign the documents.
