  Filed 2015 online and 2016 at this location. Then, out of the blue, started getting text messages about my "tax prep" appointment for later this week for my 2017 filings. The problem: I've already filed with someone else. This business practice of "setting up appointments for the customer" is predatory and unprofessional.

  We have been loyal customers with h & r block for 6 years now! This year we went to the h & r block at this site and we have been unhappy with the results. We filed at the end of February and have yet to receive our tax refund. I get that people make mistakes but twice... And we paid way to much for their service! It felt like we didn't matter! We will not be going to h & r block again!
