I go to this often year after year and this year would be the worst service ever for me.. I made an 11am appointment and was on wait for 2hrs and some change. It was an hr in already an i asked the front desk how much long an he explain he's about done with the other client i said okay. After another hr past i knew it can be no way he's done... I've been a customer for a few years now an i don't appreciate how i was treated here today. I will be not coming back to this location at all unacceptable.
