  They turned my DD over to a third party bank somehow and that bank got $265.00 of my refund. The female office mgr never called me back to explain. The female tax preparer was rude to me when I called and asked about this. Too bad too, because I lived my tax preparer up in Colorado, he was fantastic. I would not recommend d this office to anyone.

  I've been going to h&r block for some years now and have always had a decent experience. This year I did my taxes at the 32nd st and greenway location and had the worst customer service. A woman (who I can't recall the name of) told me I would be receiving a return much lower than I am accustomed to. Now keep in mind I have been doing my taxes with my current job for years and have received the same amount generally. Ironically the IRS had to contact me to tell me I I was eligible for a much higher return. She then proceeded to tell me to take survey right in front of her and when I gave her some subpar remarks she complained and questioned why I did it. Needless to say I will never be going to H&R again.
