  Horrible experience also, some old lady had the nerve to say I have too many kids and that they had too much of a long names, inputting information in the computer all wrong.manager tried to help but The lady kept blaming it on slow computer, i had to definately leave after an hour of waste of time and them not fileing correctly

  Horrible!! They couldn't figure out a simple thing on the computer so I had to come back in the morning to speak with the office manager. After working all night I returned to this location to receive the worst customer service. The office manager was on a conference call and trying to take care of my situation while I waited in the lobby area. She had the receptionist as the runner. It was very unprofessional, I wanted to see exactly what happened with my taxes but I sat outside in the lobby to only receive messages from her "runner". I could have waited to speak to her face to face. She should have introduced herself and explained the situation with the conference call.
