  Booked an appointment for the next day at 10:00am and was greeted by a lovely person called Grafton Lee who had been working there for over 10 years, he knew exactly what to do and was very helpful. Thanks so much for your help and honest help!

  Had my taxes done at this location for three consecutive years because I had too many problems at local tax places trying to "get over". First two years was fine I paid $300 plus and had no problems with the IRS and the lady who did my taxes was very nice. Last year she no longer worked at H&R so a new guy did them. I gave him all my papers some of which he said he didn't need and I paid extra for the protection. Long behold IRS says I owe them money because my tax preparer didn't look at the papers I gave him and H&R took his word over mine and didn't honor the protection. Even tho he said he doesn't recall me giving him the papers that he "didn't need" I'll be taking my business somewhere else. I only gave them a 2 and not a 1 because of the first two years...rip off!
