  My consultant was too busy shouting about the liver cheese sandwich she wanted for lunch to worry about getting me any kind of refund whatsoever.

  Terrible experience. The woman had no idea what she was doing. To the point where I did not allow her to finish and left. I also didn't appreciate her yelling my info across the store when trying to get help from someone else. Worst tax experience ever. Do not go here!
