  Great office! Amanda is very pleasant and profesional. Tax preparations are done by knowledgeable professionals that educate you along the process. I've been a customer for 4 years and I'm extremely pleased with their service. It's good to have a friendly reliable tax place in the neighborhood.

  Wonderful place and even better service! I have personally seen Joel for the last 2 years. The first time, he took his time to explain anything I didn't understand and was very thorough with all my paperwork; He made me know I was in good hands. This year was even better. I walked in and the front desk already knew me and Joel greeted me with a smile on his face. He made sure not only to make me feel remembered but also went step by step in making sure no information was missed. After both experiences, I have recommended him to friends and family and would highly recommend for anyone to come here.

  I walked in to just ask about their working hours so I can do my taxes the two lady's I asked about the hours lied and said they close at 6pm and that they are not opens on Sundays. When I go online and I see it says till 8pm. I literally asked the whole crew because they happened to all be in the front when I walked in so I basically spoke to the whole crew at once and they let these girls lie to me about their working hours,plus I walk pass this place every day after work and they are always open. So I found it a bit odd,and decided to go online like I should of done to begin with.This tax return refund only happens once a year so why accountants gotta be so rude keeping the economy in a circle of debt and poornes messing with people's hard earned money. Besides these people are Dominicans so is really messed up how they come into this country mistreating American people like me who are born here,however if I was a Dominican they would off been helping me very happily squeezing every penny they can from this country just to help their own kind. is so messed up how they treat their own kind in a country that's not theirs but mistreat the people of that country who stay where they are born and raised at and try to succeed in a country full of immigrants who don't do their job right, or respect anything about what America means this is a very unprofessional tax return office. Besides what if I am Dominican and you can't tell because this is America and I am Americanized. these Dominicans need to change how they act in this country cuz they making their own kind suffer just because they don't appear to be Dominican or act like it. I literally don't like how Dominicans are acting and I am Dominican too,but I get mistreated by them because I don't appear to look or act like the typical Dominican and as an American I see why this country does not like immigration anymore and why America is suffering like it is. Is not about what color or race I am,is about being a good human being helping another human being and helping this world and economy from being damaged like it is. These people needed a reality check review don't forget what the rules are in this country Ya messed with the wrong American woman.
