  Will not be going back to this location at all after this year I will stick to filing my taxes for free online through the IRS. I had my taxes filed here at this location by Yolanda Cubine and needless to say she didn't pay attention to anything that I told her on how I wanted to file my taxes and I told her repeatedly " MARRIED FILING SEPARATE " and instead of doing so she put me as head of household and I got a horrible call today stating that I have to 1) have my taxes amended or 2) have them audited over Yolanda's mistake... and H&R Block continuously kept trying to tell me that I ( the client ) made that mistake when I didn't their worker Yolanda made that mistake. And Yolanda Cubine decided to call me a month later to inform me of this after I paid all my bills off with my refund money . To make a long story short I NOW HAVE TO HAVE MY TAXES AMENDED AND PAY THE IRS OVER YOLANDA CUBINE !!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU PLAN ON PAYING GOOD OL UNCLE SAM !!!

  I’ve been seeing Bernice at this location for the past couple of years and will continue to use this H&R Block because of her! She’s so sweet and makes time go by quickly. Highly recommend her!

  You get what you pay for and their service is pretty fast too
