  The lady that filed my taxes did it through the phone & apparently I was given an Emerald Card when I was not. I got 2 text messages saying that it will be put into that card. I called they told me they would call me back after getting information & never called. Today I called because I got another text saying my tax return was put into an emerald card, again, I do not have one. I was put on hold and she told me that I have one in their records and I do not. They probably made the card and took my money, don't go to this H&R Block. I also threatened to call the IRS & the lady laughed and said they weren't gonna do anything. We'lol see about that ;).

  Uneducated woman didn't know how to due taxes, very rude. Don't go to Debora Bebe very rude. Bad mouthed fireman and unions.
