  The tax preparer was cordial and it took about 30 min. They refused to give me a price when I called for the appointment and I didn't press the issue when I arrived. I had a very simple return, and the charged over $250..00! When I told her i wouldnt pay their charges no longer wanted her service she REFUSED to give me my papers back!! She kept my papers hostage and said they would keep them until I paid them! I am filing charges tomorrow morning with the Little Falls Police Dept if my documents aren't returned immediately!!! BEWARE!!!
