  Awful. You cant trust somewhere where they open an hour after they say they're supposed to.

  Unprofessional, long waits (even with appointment), do not recommend for something as serious as your personal or business taxes.

  This store needs to be investigated. DO NOT TAKE YOUR TAXES here. I have had my 2010 taxes sitting in the office for EIGHT (8) weeks and they are not completed. The management does not follow through. Granted, the tax preparer I have used is ill, but NO ONE takes any initiative to resolve this issue. Phone calls are not returned, email is ignored. An alternative preparer was suggested but it is clear that she does not care and worse yet has not been truthful in her dealings. I have put in complaints with the NYS Attorney General's office and the National Headquarters for H&R Block. I'll write an update as events occur.
