  Incompetent, yet arrogant, ms Elnora and the crew here have wasted 4 appointments over two weeks and STILL have yet to complete an error that they made on my tax returns. I would go to credit karma for free before paying a dime for such rude and non existent service.

  H&R helpful consultants saved me from paying $2000 and helped me get $2000 back. Having a hard time with their phone system now, though.
