  Worst customer service ever. Let me just start by saying i was told its going to be free to file. I came to h&r block because I did not know how to claim my first daughter because her name has an apostrophe in it. So I had alla file for me. She tried to get the taxes to get accepted with my daughter's name and it did not go through. Alla told me she would try and do it again the next day. I had a young lady call me the next day...who was not alla and had no business fixing my taxes and asked me if she could resubmit it without the apostrophe anf I verified her name before doing so. The young lady decided to try and resubmit it 3 times and it did not work. She then tries again and it got submitted and accepted because she put my daughters name incorrectly and it did not match her birth certificate. So the IRS adjusted my refund amount and claimed me as single instead of head of household. Didnt know that her name was incorrect until I went and checked the status of my refund. So called the store and the store said they would just fix the mistake. But now I have to wait a while nother 21 days and I was supposed to receive my refund on 2/22/18. Called to talk to the manager to see if I could My fees refunded because it clearly states in the policy...they must refile for free, reimburse me for the fees and that my refund should be bigger now. So the manager just told me straight up no we are not refunding you we will just refile for free. I filed my taxes 1/30/2018 and still I have not received any feedback on if the IRS received any information that I sent in and how long its going to take. Everytime I call I can not get an answer on whats going on and I have to play phone tag because I never receive call backs like I ask. I am now late on my bills and h&r block crew does not even care about that. Pretty much just SOL. These tax "pros" also like to talk about peoples business while they are not in the store. They talked about how much people are getting back and all of there business to all the crew in the store. I am very upset. I should have been compensated since I now have to wait a whole nother month and it is very unprofessional here and I will not being doing this again. Would like some feedback from this review and if I dont you guys just lost a customer.
