  This place charged me $169.00 to file a 1040EZ, then messed my taxes up to the point the IRS refused to accept them.

  No workers present for the 25 minutes I was there. Another woman with an appointment had been waiting almost 2 hours, she left as well. I had an appointment at this location but I called another branch and they got me in later that day. Never saw an employee. Other location was great, so it’s not an issue with company.

  Complete waste of time. Gave me an estimate of what our filing price would be, granted I know it was estimate, ended up being double. $450 for a basic filing of a couple documents. 3 emails went unanswered for days wanting to talk to someone, when I asked ablut the price was told it would have been lower but the coupons expired day prior. Well that would have been nice to know days ago. I will take my docs back and file through Turbo Tax as I have every year. Clearly a waste of time and money.
