  Worse service ever. Unprofessional. Waste of time. A Araujo would make me wait 1-2 hours and then he would not have enough time to complete the tasks I was paying him for. When I complained about his delays he even yelled at me!! The return he filled even stalled at IRS for missing information. Don't go to these incompetents.

  After I read the comments I was really hesitant to go there, but I was really late (last week for tax return) and this location is really close to my home. Surprisingly the person helped me was really polite and quick. He offered me to check if the local tax return that I filed myself was correct or not. So overall I was really happy with the experience, and I will be going back there next year.

  When the branch on 31st forgot my appointment I was told to walk in here...I even called ahead and when I show up they have closed the office and left for the day! Unprofessional

  H&R block servers were down, waited 20 minutes for servers to go back up. When it came time to exit and pay, their servers were down again. Linda Sharp, the person that prepared my tax return was okay. H&R block has scraped the bottom of the barrel, when it comes to some of their staff.
