  Scheduled an appointment and still waited for hours. Nothing happened. I had to leave and find a new place. Do not go to this place

  After a harrowing experience at H&R Block in Bushwick yesterday, I came to this one on the UWS and was very pleasantly surprised by the experience. Taxes are never fun but Scott Hinzman made it so easy and painless. Very pleased and will definitely try to come back here next year.

  If I could give zero stars that would be more indicative of the service I received. They took 2 hours in my appointment- to not even complete my return because the "tax pro" didn't understand what an LLC was. They then had me come back in 3 times in additional appointments.. To which the new guy didn't show up. Every time. He didn't answer emails or return calls either. They made it very clear they couldn't have cared less either. I finally had to threaten legal action to get my personal documents back where I will now file online myself with TurboTax. DO NOT TRUST THEM with your money. If their customer service shows how well they would do a return you could expect it to be done poorly or not at all.

  Customer Service Rating: I Just got off the phone with Scott to schedule an appointment and am impressed with the manner in which he answered my initial questions--something that my previous Turbo Tax experiences have truly lacked. If this is an indication of how my tax prep meeting will go this coming week I am confident that I will receive my maximum refund with little hassle and stress.

  I didn't file taxes for 8 years and they where able to complete all in one day amazing!! The customer service was the best EVER! As soon I walked in, they took my paperwork and the next day all 8 years were completed. They also have payment arrangements for processing fees.
