  This h and r block is the epitome of terrible!!!! I go online to schedule an appointment and of course I read reviews to see who most recommended. So, I see most recommended Rafael or whatever his name is. Anyway, I needed my taxes looked over seeing as I went to this very same one in 2014 and I'm being audited. Go figure! So, I make an appointment with Rafael for this past Wednesday (8/2/2016) and he calls and immediately confirms. Then at 8pm the Tuesday the day before he calls to tell me we will have to reschedule. No problem, things happen. So we agree on Friday (8/5/16) today. I called him yesterday to confirm, and he hangs up on me. Then, he calls me back and claims his phone got disconnected. (What a business man) so once all is confirmed, I call my boss and reschedule my whole week for work so I can make this appointment happen seein as he couldn't do it on my original scheduled appointment which was my day off. So I make arrangements to readjust my whole schedule for him and as well for me bc this is not only an important matter, but time is also limited seeing as in 2014 johnathan whom not longer works there screwed my taxes up. I make certain I tell my boss I must get off at 7 am and can't get stuck at work past that bc I have a very important appointment, so they grant me that. I get off at 7 am, go home and shower and show up at the h and r new location located at 116-03 now to find construction being done, no Rafael, just a crew of construction men and an incomplete office building. I call Rafael to see what could possibly be going on and to get an explanation of why he didn't at least inform me of this. NO ANSWER FROM RAFAEL. I wait outside the office and call Rafael a few more times... Guess what??? You got it! Still no answer. So this h and r block completely sucks and is full of a bunch of phonies whom I can't even possibly wonder how they obtained their certs in accounting. They can't even get an appointment correct, hold to their word, nor do taxes correctly! I didn't even want to give them the 1 star I gave them, but I had to in order to inform everyone of what a joke this place is! I could have scheduled an appointment with another h and r block and been on my way by now, but instead I played games with a child and readjusted my life. So, thank you Rafael! Go f#c* yourself by the way!
