  If I can rate this zero stars I would. First time filing my taxes and it was horrible. The woman didn't know how to type properly. She kept spelling my name wrong, I had to point it out to her multiple times that she is spelling my name wrong. I dont know how she is the senior accountant, she had to ask other workers for help because she "forgot" how to do certain things. Such unprofessional service. On top of that, I got charged almost 350 to do my taxes, total rip off. I know people who got their taxes done for no more than 100. Never EVER go to H&R block to do your taxes. Especially this one since they clearly don't know what they are doing.
