::Pricey. They do carry upscale appliances if that's what you're looking for. I needed a specific microwave brand and model, pronto and Best Buy was out of stock. Best Buy's price was $279. Howard's was $399. They didn't offer a discount and kept trying to sell me a mattress. LOL.

::Had a fridge for 2 years ice maker problems 6 times kept going back and forth warranty co & Howards so finally Talked management at howards Dasha and she called the warranty company and they said ithat they would allow me to replace the refrigerator now i am very happy

::Howard's gave us excellent service. They had a great selection of LG products which we were in the market for. They answered all our questions and the transaction at the store was smooth and quick with no "salesperson" pressure. Even the delivery guys were on time and went above and beyond. ::Went to Howard's and my mom wasn't quite convinced to buy her washer. My family told her go to Sears which was the biggest mistake! Calvin had already convinced me from the start. Calvin was very professional, respectful and very understanding knowing what my family was going thru at the time. We left in a hurry due to my cousin having to evacuate. We went back today and he remembered what was going on and asked about my family. Yet again, he was very courteous & respectful, he answered all my moms questions as many times as she asked without getting frustrated. Needless to say, we walked out with our receipt for our new washer. He explained everything to my mom and told us what we needed to do if we have an issue. Shook our hands several times with a firm grip. Calvin is also the store manager and presented himself with dignity and excellence. Thank you Calvin 😘😘
