  Administration is pathetic, especially the PROVOST staff. Pres. Frederick is capable but needs better staff. Many professors & staff need to drop the ghetto attitude (Donna McCormick) and actually help students, not get a laugh out of seeing them needlessly struggle. Advising center is SO savvy now, huh? Freshman year, it felt like an impossible task to even schedule an appt. As far as the students...I’m sorry to have had the misfortune of being in the same graduating class as such close-minded idiots and the most mentally lazy “scholars” I have ever met. No-class, annoying as h***, incomprehensibly hateful, unevolved, mentally enslaved, and overall juvenile losers with no lives who will attack everything with which they disagree. Admin fails to address student problems & allows known bullies (Gabrielle Hall, Tiffany Savage, Victoria Gray) to operate unabated. Many HU students are ADEPT at appearing professional but lack true moral conviction. Most also closely fit the profile of creeps/stalkers who will ACTUALLY pass by you and mumble insulting remarks in a desperate attempt to irritate you (the wannabe THUGS are only bold when w/ their friends, lol).They speak about "justice" but double as PT bullies & psychopaths (Bria West, Jonace Telfer, Milan Barbee, more names to be added!). Will protest anything in a heartbeat but lack the mental capacity to comprehend politeness or other HUMAN attributes. If you value your virtue, avoid most males (and "girls") on campus, as many are rude, sex-obsessed losers who subscribe to urban whoredom culture. At a school where black students are trained as "future leaders," I didn't know being conservative and/or PROPER still equates to the crime of "acting white." Be prepared to meet deranged Nigerians & AA's who are under the delusion that they’re actually going to be true engineers, lawyers, and doctors yet cheat (they call it “finessing”) their way thru classes or study all night for exams that mirror 60-70% of previous ones, lol. As far as the “social justice” aspect of HU goes, much of the BLM movement is a joke, as we've seen with the discovery of a BLM leader caught sex trafficking a 17 y.o. You actually have total low-IQ fools (like HU Med School student, Judy Oranika) creating blogs about their “black identity” and quoting that “BLM” bull yet their very well-hidden personal lives -and the lives of those around them - reflect the exact OPPOSITE (Termara Parker, Morgen Owens, Krista Taylor, Alexis Osby, Gillian Lee). Newsflash: You're not to going resemble anything close to a real doctor/attorney/judge if you're some hateful, unskilled cretin that gets sadistic delight out of potentially seeing others suffer. If you were to observe the treatment that many black students receive from other "blacks," you would swear on your life that the whole movement is an ABSOLUTE LIE and see how much African Americans/Africans/Caribbean Africans make the crabs-in-a-barrel theory a reality (ask Charles Barkley). Blacks will literally beg other ethnicities to join hand-in-hand w/ their movements but take delight in just the THOUGHT of seeing one another fail. Blacks have zero-sum thinking, thus they "win" when another black person "falls" yet demand the world's respect. So many blacks profess to be "Christians" but their lives show God is NOT real to them. Many are very HATEFUL, ignorant people (jokes) skilled in hiding their bipolar, DEMONIC behavior. Well-trained in petty BS - and other stupidity - but lack the drive, intelligence, and focus to EFFECTIVELY combat the corrupt system about which they chronically complain. Sadly, this racist society has only made a damaged community worse. Only when others are among us do many blacks perk up and somewhat resemble sane humans who suddenly have an appreciation for etiquette (although the desperate need for white/Asian/Latino validation still exists, lol). Oh, the school might produce a Rhodes Scholar (aspiring candidates on America's plantation, just smarter) every few years but that doesn't hide the psychotic tendencies of many HU students.

  Howard University financial aid office needs help. The department proves to be very incompetent. Loosing important documents and paper work seems to be common. My daughters transcripts were withheld, preventing here from transferring to another school. The reason for the hold on the account, according to Howard, was because they did not receive the master promissory note, (Which I sent in a total of 3 times. I was told that they would look in to it and they would get back to me. This was in October of 17. Now, as of May 21st 2018, I am being told the exact same thing, "we will look into it and get back to you." Howard, please do better. You are doing a disservice to the wonderful reputation of HBCU's across this country. DISAPPOINTED!!!!

  My time here was amazing and the further you get from it the more you realize just how awesome it was. Of course I loved it when I attended and I was excited when I graduated but in the years I have spent since navigating the world I've come to understand just how prepared I was. Of course there are going to be issue as with any school and each crop of students has to find their place. They prepare you to deal with the rude clerks of the world and the confusion of bureaucracy but more than that they teach you to be true to you, be comfortable in your skin, stand up for who you are, think for yourself and make the world take notice. More important than the wonderful career skills are the life skills. I'll always be grateful.

  We all had a great time at Howard University while enrolling our Beloved Tyree I. Austin, 8/2017. It's an historical site where the grounds are kept nicely and many students have attended, graduated and still enrolling to get the best education ever. ♥️

  21st century...new beginning. Fraud is colorless. Activism is necessary. Do the right thing, regardless of ethnicities. Shaking the cob-webs out of shame.
