  The front desk clerk was extra nice. I was given 2 different rooms that weren’t even cleaned or ready yet so she had to give me and my husband another room. The rooms were ok but we could have been given the right amount of towels. The 3rd day of our stay we left the room to go downtown and came back to take an nap and i noticed that the housekeeper never changed the sheets.

  Outstanding!! Maria Perez the overnight front desk person was awesome. Very knowledgeable, efficient, and professional! Rooms are comfortable and well maintained. Staff is very friendly.

  BED BUGS!!! Stayed this past weeked for the Final Four from Friday to Sunday. 1st of all, there is no elevator. AT ALL! Came back Sunday yesterday and developed bed bug bites all over my body. The sofa/sofa bed was torn and raggedy. The rooms smelled, the bathroom door was discolored and wood chips sticking out. The picture that's used for this location is not what it looks like. I will never stay here again. Especially not for 2 something a night. For a Wyndam hotel this was awful!

  Giving 3 starts instead of 2 because the kindness of the staff was incredible. Very nice people here. I've stayed at places several times more expensive and their customer service wasn't anywhere close to the friendliness here. However, I can't stress enough how unpleasant the rooms are. Very dated and dingy: lamp shades so old, no matter how well u clean them there's still visible dirt. Chipped furniture & walls. Had to dim the lights because there's so many different colors in the room it almost gives you a headache. Online list of features include a hot tub, but that is no longer the case. The only thing I can really say is that this place is in a great location. Central to almost everything. Not horrible for the amazing savings you're gonna find either. CHEAP. Great staff. UGLY ROOMS.
