  Nice hotel and rooms. Pleasant experience s with staff so far. Location is a little out of the way of everything. Continental breakfast is a little lacking, and it they seem to be always out of something. Good for the price

  Very rude customer service. Called the day of my reservation to inform that I was going to arrive the next day and I was just making sure I didn't lose the room. I was told my room was going to be available. Next day rude lobby lady says my room is lost, doesn't offer new rooms, no empathy, ignored me , just plain terrible.

  3.5 hour drive I was tired, it was dark. I pull in and ask the young lady for a room. Ah..um we dont have any rooms. Ok if you did. How much? Ah um..gee..ah.you want a room? Told her to answer the phone that was ringing none stop Walked out side and drove away. Oh look double tree up the hill, $180.00... got a very nice room...drive by this place..

  Beginning with the positives, the staff were really kind and helpful to me. They were really polite as well. I Stayed in room 111 and the room had very odd light switch placements. However, it does not really bother me much and it does seem like a small issue. Breakfast was included but there was not a lot of choices to choose from. Would advise bringing maybe your own bagels and peanut butter maybe.

  This is a clean, but very basic room. For the price it is a great value. The bed was decent, room was tidy and up to date with amenities such as micro, safe and mini fridge. Flat screen 32" TV was modern. The reason more stars weren't given was due to fact that I was refused extra towels when I asked for them. Meant hang drying my towel for reusage. Overall a decent room for the price. About 20-30 min to downtown Los Angeles on surface streets.
