::Stayed here June 2022. Room was clean and affordable but there was no breakfast served (due to covid) but nevertheless charged :( Location was great and quiet.

::Clean enough for me. Loud neighbors may be a thing, depends if your neighbor is loud that day. Wish the shower had an extendable shower head, helps with total cleanliness, if you know what I mean. Could not find the free breakfast.

::my wife & i stayed 10days here. Very satisfied with the room allocated by Sam and cleaned daily by Mdm Paola. Sam's a hardworking young man, an asset to HJ & available almost 24/7. He lives in the annex joined to the office. Reliable WIFi, ample free carparks, good coin-operated laundrette. A hot water system and AC system tt works. This HJ is in a good location & within a 15min walk-radius of many good eateries, cafes supermarkets (Traders Joe & Target) and St Joseph the Worker catholic church. A short 10 mins. walk to North Berkeley BART station (Bay Area Rapid Transit) if need to go to San Francisco Bay area n ferry piers to Sausilto. Told Sam twill be my second home again the next year.
