I came in wanting to purchase a pair of black adult-size athletic shoes. While they did not have the pair I wanted in stock, they ordered it and asked for payment up front, which I provided. I was told that they would call me in five days to pick up the shoes. A week later, I had still not received a phone call from them and drove down to the store. It was only when I was standing in front of them that they decided to tell me their company was out of that brand of shoe, and agreed to refund my money. I don't know how this company is with their kids selection (which seems to be their main department), but I would recommend you look elsewhere for adult-size shoes. Fayette Mall is just across New Circle Road and has much better selections.

After years of painful feet, this place has been a blessing. I will not go anywhere else for shoes (for me and my family). Most of the employees are AMAZING!!! They are pros at finding the perfect shoes to fit you. They ask you what type of issues you have with your feet. They watch how you walk and then they measure your feet. They suggest what types would work best for you and why. The ultimate end purchase is, of course, your decision but I have left with comfortable shoes and happy feet for over two years now.

I bought a $55 pair of shoes for my 2-yr old daughter because we had the same brand before, which worked very well. I explained that I was looking for sneakers for wide feet. After an employee sized my daughter's feet and made some suggestions to us, the employee put the shoes on her feet. The shoes looked like they fit, so we bought the pair and my daughter left the store with her new shoes on. What I realized the following day was that the shoes were very narrow for my daughter - not a little but significantly narrow to the point where Velcro had to be pulled strongly to try to close. The employee should have told me. Maybe, the employee did not know that there are wide and skinny feet. I return to the store for an exchange, however I was told by the owner that it was my fault that I did not notice the problem and that I could not return the shoes. I would be happy to be responsible for the purchase if the employee voluntarily did not put the shoes on to my daughter's feet. The store hires people who don't know much about fitting shoes, and they make suggestions and talk like they know what they are doing. Are they hired to confuse buyers? I was misled; I thought they know what they were doing and relied upon the knowledge about shoes I thought she had.
