  This man is a crook and a thief preying on the elderly and the weak. He was retained for a domestic issue, following a n antagonistic divororce, He collcted the retainer agreement the check, and took to alimony checks short of the prescribed amount, I was showing him, but did not mean to cash. He had suggested suing my divorce attorney for negligence, an irresponsible suggestion considering the state of my health, I had no idea why he took those checks. When I asked he said they were for appeals and paperwork associated with suing the divorce attorney, I had not retained him for the same I informed him a few weeks later that I was discontinuing the domestic issue I didn't want to spend the money. Mr Miller had other ideas. He is to this day in possession of over$4000, for two phone calls and two meetings. He has violated his own retainer agreement, as well as the code for professional conduct, as he well knows, He has arrogantly told me to "Sue him" I am in the process of reporting him to the ethics Committee, and have informed him of the same He has refused to send me my file, bills or any accounting of the money he took from me, He appears to be nonchalant and unconcerned , as to my promise to report him, This worries me, He is a sly dishonest creature, and must have something up his crooked sleeve. He is not the only lawyer with a penchant for supplementing his income, but the other one I had dealings " returned every penny as soon as he heard"Ethics Committee"

  Extremely competent litigator. Had excellent outcome after he negotiated an acceptable plea. Would recommend his services, and will use him again should Ocwen, my current mortgagor, become an issue.
