  My name is Zunilda Flores, former tenant of one of the property managed by this corporation, when I contacted the company this morning to inquire about a security deposit that was suppose to be refund to me by law a month after I vacate the apartment. I tried to explained the person who got the phone (female) that I moved out over two months ago and i needed to find out about my refund. That person was really rude to me and when I responded in the same way she hanged the phone saying that she did not work for the billing department. I hope the person in charge of this corporation read this review and take actions to make customer service a better experience.
