  I love this credit union to the 10th power!!! The staff is so kind. They get you in and out. They really take care of me.

  I'm angry. My credit card is charging me late fees when I'm paying them ASAP! I talked to one woman who refused to listen to me or my Dad and was clearly uninterested in our problems. She called the credit card company and just kept interrupting and saying "Like I told you." They refused to acknowledge that I can't possibly be paying past the due date, if I pay it right when I see that I need to, online. Then, they started saying I missed a payment, but nowhere on any of my bills has it said that. I get my bills on the 20th and they are expecting me to pay it off before I am even notified ONLINE of how much I need to pay and when I need to. Get your employee's asses in check and tell them to do their jobs correctly and with respect
