::Absolutely the best experience. Very friendly courteous helpful customer service ever. He will not be disappointed at this Houston Marriott. Talk about a comfortable cozy good night sleep very clean and very helpful and their services are wonderful. Hands down we will always choose this Marriott.

::Visiting from MN, great hotel. All around good experience, good rooms, comfortable beds, good service, good room service, good food from the restaurants in the hotel. The had a Starbucks in the hotel, that made my morning. Great gift shop. I would recommend and return

::Really lovely hotel, loved our room, the location is great, everything was of the highest quality, enjoyed using the pool and hot tub area to relax after a day of sightseeing!!

::The rooms were nice. However, it felt humid/ Damp in the bed the whole time. They need a better computer system or operation for checking in because it took about 30 minutes to get our rooms. My sister is a state employee and the hotel offers a discount but there was a serious lack of communication about the pricing and billing and was a big mess which was unacceptable. My family is grieving as we are about to loose our mother so we need to be close to her. It is a very convenient location here in the medical center but we are all just gonna sleep in our vehicles for the remaining time here. I can’t express enough how terrible the experience has been for our family. Do yourself a favor and save your energy by staying somewhere else!

::Staying here for 5 nights. So far I really like it! The free breakfast for gold members is not bad and they have 3 hot foods although when I went, very few pastries and such. Concierge lounge is not bad either. Really nice pool with a big hot tub, super close public transportation! The rooms are nice, nothing extraordinary but modern and clean in that typical higher end hotel chain way. I like that they offer 500 points if you decline cleaning service. I would stay again for sure!
