  i want to give it 0 stars. the staff is still learning.i took both my kids with me they pricked my son twice and my daughter once and didn't get no blood. i got so upset i left and didn't get nothing done. the worst experience ever in my life. a medical assistant and a nurse and no blood from none... i allowed them to poke my son cause i figured you know its not easy taking blood from a kid but idk my son wasn't moving around so much like that. the nurse was telling the medical assistant where to poke and the medical assistant went in without feeling out the vein herself without putting alcohol it was just a mess. three large people a stroller and my son in one very small hot room. super unprofessional. to calm the situation a doctor came out of no where like where was he when my daughter was screaming... it was a hot mess i will never ever go back there again ever in my life not for myself or my kids and my husband will no longer go there...i know their names i just don't want to say it. inexperienced and unprofessional staff and to top it off my son has a large bruise from trying to find the vein, the tourniquet and the prick.. they restrained him very hard i wanted to beat her down, but i was with both my kids and i yelled and left. that medical assistant should be fired and the nurse too for being a stupid ass...

  From the time you walk in you are recognized. They communicate with you constantly while you are being cared for. The team work and concern for other's is great.
