::Tom was super helpful and helped me save on my repair costs. He often will advise customers where to get the repair done cheaper or for free. More interested in helping the customer than draining them of cash.

::I was really impressed with how quickly my vehicle was done. I brought it in shortly after opening and it was done within a few hours of me letting them know the work could be done. I was really glad to know that they do have military/veteran discounts. Will definitely recommend this place to my friends/family. Completely satisfied with the work done.

::If I could give this business/location A negative 10 star review I would. I stopped in at this House of Mufflers & Brakes location on accident due to having car issues while driving near this location otherwise I would have never ended up there in the first place. Upon arrival I sat outside in the car for about 3 minutes while two employees stood at the front desk and stared outside as if they were statues. I finally went inside where I am rudely handled by two men one of them being Tom Pignotti, which I am now finding out is the Manager, and another mechanic who was also socially challenged. I proceeded to ask them questions about a issue my car was having and Toms only response was that they were closing at 5:30 and gave me a list of other businesses surrounding the area that I could take my car to for servicing and maintenance, as if they were unqualified to answer basic questions. It was the worst experience I ever had in my life and I have never been to a business with such ignorant employees with dismissive attitudes . I really don’t want to pull the race card but they treated me as if they had some type of racial discrimination within their heart due to the fact that I am a person of color.I wouldn’t suggest this location to my worst enemy and will be sure to spread the word to anyone who will listen about this event. I am very disappointed and disgusted with my experience and I truly hope that the employees are giving a pep rally and a seminar on business etiquette, respect, diversity training, and manners. Thank you.

::My friends car broke down here. She called me very upset, the guys there wouldn't help her (she needed a jump start) and they were very rude to her.
