  This was my second time here. I wanted to order cupcakes for my college graduation. There were 2 young ladies there and another lady who was the manager. The 1st young lady I spoke to was a bit snippy. Not really wanting to help me. I'm at the register and told her the theme of the cupcakes I wanted, so she said "you can look at the graduation themed cakes to get an idea" so I go the front and I'm looking at the display, no graduation theme in there, so I loudly ask her where she was referring, she points to books that have pics, however none where related to my theme. The books were baby shower, B-day, corporate. So I found the book. Then I found a pic I liked, then I asked her how many cupcakes are with that cake, she said however many u want, then she walks away. I wanted to taste flavor of cupcake, 1st girl was like, oh u want to buy, umm normally u get free sample if your making big purchase, nevertheless, i bought the cupcake with my debit card, which i never got receipt for, she threw it away and walked away. I asked the 2nd girl to help me, so I showed her the cake, then someone walked in, she also walked away and never came back, the manager saw me standing waiting & didn't ask if I needed help. I just walked out. Will not go back there. Not sure why, but I can guess why I received that type of service

  Some of their flavors taste like chemicals. I've had chocolate of all kinds, and all percentage concentrations, and theirs tastes "fake". Artificial food coloring tastes "bitter" in my mouth- I don't think this is a universal thing though, it depends on the person. From their cupcake sampler pack, although I'm partial to chocolate, the strawberries and cream flavor tasted the best. Won't be going back, but it was called "House of Cupcakes" I couldn't not go inside and try it.

  The flavor wasn't bad, but wasn't great either. This place should really be called House of Icing because there was literally more icing than cupcake. For my money, I'll stick with Mr Cupcakes 10 minutes away.

  Good in the beginning bad at end. Gave me and my dad a 1 scoop ice cream and a small ice for my mom. Also charged my dad 10 dollars. This is the first time this ever happened. Her answer to my dad was that's all we could fit on the cone. They ussaly give us 2 scoops. It was good while it lasted. But there ice creams really good. But still never again.
