::Got into an argument with one of the owners, John, over a previous incident which involved a month of free yoga. This wasn't in the studio, I was minding my business and he began harassing me I didn't even make eye contact. He became threatening, extremely aggressive, I told him to leave me be lest he get knocked out. He literally harassed me in front of a crowd until I had to say that too back him off. He tried to talk after that, but he was flustered by embarrassment. In the end, the owner of this establishment, knowing I have suicidal tendencies (why I was trying to go to yoga in the first place), told me I should "do the world a favor and kill yourself", which is not only dangerous, but illegal. Such a great energy, right? I'll feel it while I meditate, trying to shake this. It won't be easy. Be careful.

::HotYoga4You is amazing! Each class brings a huge smile to my face and a phenomenal workout for my body. The instructors are so passionate and helpful. Although I have taken yoga for several years my introduction to the 60 minute class was only last Saturday. To be honest... I was a little nervous. I shouldn't have been. It was awesome and, I still had the rest of my morning for myself!

::I came to John and Yolanda's studio close to 7 years ago. I was looking for a way to calm down, heal some specific health issues, and tone my body. Practicing in a quiet room led by compassionate instructors was simply the perfect match for me. I attend 4 sessions each week, and try to maintain that schedule regularly. The 60 minute class and the 90 minute class are similar and can be mastered through efficient breathing, and proper hydration. Although I am not the strongest student, nor am I the most flexible, I continue to improve consistently. I love everything about this studio; the celebrations, the receptions, the special workshops that are offered, reaching out to help others, vendors that offer specials and so on. John and Yolanda care deeply about their students, and the evidence is clearly witnessed daily. We are a yoga family!

::I would like to take a moment to thank Yolanda and John for your hard work, dedication and caring at Hot Yoga RVC. Chris M, Janice, Chris O, Heatherly, David, Grace, Jen and Maria are amazing teachers. Five years have passed and all I can say is; it’s been an amazing five years for me. In July, I decided to do a 30 day challenge. Doing anything for 30 days straight is tough, one has to plan when to sleep, when to drink, when to leave work, and when to eat. So the first couple days were about finding comfort. My practice started becoming peaceful; I started to align the breathing with the poses. Little by little I felt my practice get to the next level. Hot Yoga at Rockville Centre went from being “the boiler room” to a beautiful, energetic heaven. At Hot Yoga RVC I have found a great community of friends and I feel at home doing what I love the most. I have tried the 90 and 60 minute sessions and I love what each one offers. I totally recommend Hot Yoga, it has helped me with my body flexibility, to stay calm and has opened my mind to accept myself for who I am without judgments.
