::Never thought I’d be into yoga, or hot yoga, but after taking my first class here, I completely fell in love with it. I’ve been coming here consistently for the past two weeks. My first time taking the class, I left my phone right next to the exit, and it was still there when I came back to look for it 45 mins later. Great place with amazing hot yoga classes and kind people. That’s all I gotta say.

::I love everything about this hot yoga class. I've tried different gym and exercise, even the power plate. I finally found what's really works for me and had changed me psychically and mentally from this hot yoga. I started 2012 Jan. It was my New Year resolution to get healthy and get back in shape. It was my smartest decision I ever made aside from marrying my husband. I truly see the result after a month, I gain more energy. After 8 months, I see my waistline again and less stress. When I stopped going for few months, I noticed my body quickly went back with belly fats and low energy and even got moody. Now, hot yoga is part of my lifestyle and it balance me from being a mom of 2 kids and working full time in the high level of stress -fashion industry and a part time job. I love the 60 minutes vs. 90 minutes class. The 60 minute class is spontaneous and focus, I get the same results and fit my crazy schedule much better. Your Health is Your Wealth.
