::The hotel was nice. Location was ideal for walking throughout the French Quarter. The icing was left off this cake though because on the website it says the hotel offers Continental breakfast but it wasn't provided.

::Booked his DELUXE SUITE, description included sitting area... our room was a regular 2 bed room with no tub just a shower. Husband complained and their response was "that's all we have available" umm for $240 I THINK NOT, so they somehow had another room they allowed me to see and it was just as bad but with no view. We checked out expedia issued us a refund, hotel said our deposit would be reversed in a few days. 2 hours later we get another charge for a totally different amount, we called & the clerk has no idea how it was charged and said "it wasn't me"....Stay away from here ....

::This was a historic older hotel in the French quarter. It's a block from Burbon St. So if you're trying to stay close to the craziness of Burbon St., this is a great place for you. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant or anything like that, and there are 4 floors with no elevator. But the rooms are nice. You're strictly paying for the closeness to everything, but the staff was SO NICE and super helpful. I'd recommend the hotel for people wanting to be on Royal St. And near everything.

::Nice hotel, Good location. 1 very helpful member of staff was Eric. Room service did not sweep floors the whole time we stayed. Room's are small. No facility for breakfast which can be a problem if staying more than a few days. When we checked out the were a lot of extra room tax charges, when we queried these the guy replied that he didn't understand about the room tax but we have to pay! Also be aware you are asked to sign and agree to pay $150 deposit in case of any damages. When we checked out we were told that the deposit is part of the charge! There was no damages to the room. Would not recommend staying longer than 2 days unless you have a few hundred dollars to spend on extra charges.

::Exceptionally poor service. The rooms are fine and reasonably clean though we did see a couple of bugs. The service however was almost indescribably bad. There are many hotels around here where you could stay and not be treated like human garbage so I would suggest looking elsewhere.
