  Andrea was awesome! Good staff, great restaurant and the kids had a blast in the waterpark. The breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay there again.

  This place tells me two days before we arrive that they are closing the park for "maintenance". Huh?? The ENTIRE PARK?? Outrageous!! Now I have 4 kids and 2 of my friends kids crying because they can't go. Can't they do the maintenance during the 4-5 days they aren't even open?? Something is shifty. Then when I call to cancel no one answers the phone. And then when they finally do answer, they are rude to me?? What?? How is it my fault your water park chooses the days they are open to do maintenance. Oh and since I canceled with in the two day mark they charged me $25. It is a scam. The only reason people stay there is for the water park and then two days before hand they say it's closed so then they just get $25 for absolutely nothing. Hmmmmm.... I have a gift card to the place and it looks like I'm not using. Not worth my kids heart break. I'll spend a little extra and go to Great Wolf Lodge instead. At least I know they aren't going to break my kids hearts.

  Before staying here, I read so many bad reviews that I was nervous about staying, but it was just for one night so we could go to the water park. I don’t know why everyone’s expectations are so high, it’s the cheapest hotel I’ve ever stayed in and it was fine. Room was clean, no complaints there. The commons area (the old pool area) was pretty cool. The family really enjoyed Coco keys. It’s obviously an additional cost to the room because it’s huge! I don’t know why people think it would be included, but whatever. So if you want a 5-star resort vacation, maybe don’t stay in Omaha, Nebraska. It is what it is. We will definitely be back for another stay-cation!

  This is an awesome hotel and convention location... There is a lot of room and things to do.... They even have a water resort... Swimming pool and slide... Fitness room... Bar and cafe... As well as an arcade... There is also a gigantic chess set and community area... Great place for a weekend getaway... Great place for the entire family

  Easy to find with Google maps navigation. Front desk were very helpful with room check in (and when I accidentally locked the room keys in the room). The rooms were spacious and comfy. The convention area was a bit confusing but guides posted helped allot. Bar in central area was good. Overall, a great place to stay.
