  The elevated Subway is directly in front of the hotel. If this matters to you (it's not quiet), make sure you get a room in the back, or somewhere else. Very cool place though. Street parking was very easy (BK standards), to be honest, the hood is a dump. No prob for me, cool people. Rooms are getting smaller!

  HONEST REVIEW I stayed at the hotel RL with my mum and sister at the end of March and to be completely honest I would not stay here again. Although the staff were mostly friendly and the room was lovely and always clean, we were grossly overcharged! I have spent many weeks trying to recover the money and it has been a challenge in itself simply getting a reply back from the senior manager. We have still not received the money with the managers simply ignoring my emails now. Although the rooms were lovely and clean as mentioned before we were constantly dealing with cigarette smoke as well as the smell of cannabis, supposedly this was a smoke free hotel. Unfortunately our lovely week in New York has been tainted by the stress of trying to get our money back. If the contstant smoke isn’t an issue and you do choose to stay here then I suggest that you pay the full amount prior to arriving as this hotel as they cannot be trusted to take the correct amount or even return it when they do not.

  It's clean. It's small. And it's affordable. Had to fly in and to get to Queens in the morning. No frills. Staff was super nice and friendly. Also close to local transportation to get into the city. Bar across the street has good tacos... Just happened to be taco Tuesday.... $1 tacos.

  Absolutely loved this place! Super close to the subway and walking distance to many bars, salons and convenience stores. The hotel itself has a bar in the lobby which is hip and has a very intimate ambience. The outside garden/backyard was closed for construction but I look fwd to hanging out there the next time I stay. I stay in many hotels and I have to say this one beats them by the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom was spotless! The room I stayed in fits 2 people very comfortably. The decor in the room is also super chic. Loved it. Check in was simple and the staff was wonderful. Would have been nice to crack a window in the room (it was closed) but other than that my stay was lovely. I'd definitely stay here again.

  Все чисто, удобная кровать. Но после первой ночи нам никто не положил гуль для душа и не убирал((
