  They place a free water filtration system downstairs which is really helpful. We went for a conference. But whenever we travel one of the irritating things about hotels is that you have to pay for water. Here you don't.

  My wife's passports and electric toothbrush were stolen at this hotel. I used to stay here 2 weeks per month, because of the convenient location, but will never go back. The rooms are old and have a funky smell. The restaurant is decent and the location is good.

  The staff is amazing. The breakfast was amazing. Good location minutes from all the main attractions

  Great and helpful staff. Hotel was close to a lot of the tourist attractions. As close as you can be in LA for a decent price! Self parking available. We specifically picked this place for the self parking option.

  There was no way to control the temperature in our room. The A/C would come on and would be absolutely freezing in the room and we would hop under the covers. Soon thereafter, the heater would come on and we would be sweating. I awoke 4 times throughout the night and couldn't control the temperature myself. I attempted to use the thermostat and the screen didn't show anything on it. We had an early flight out and didn't discover this issue until late at night when it wasn't worth it to move rooms. The common areas were recently renovated to be more modern and sophisticated; however, the rooms have not yet been redone.
