  Hotel is great location staff that greeted us was great room perfect! But later I asked for an extra blanket I was given a fitted sheet and told that was all she had (front desk) then ask where to find Ice machine she said they were overused yesterday so they are down and they have no ice…I also asked for a wine opener and she said she didn’t know where to get one I said I thought you had a bar here and she said we do but not sure where to find the opener!!! Quite disappointed in the evening service!

  Our stay here was very good. However, the little things that are issues with this place end up adding into bigger things. The hotel only had one elevator working during our stay out of three, one of which broke with us in it. The shower takes forever to get hot, and even at the max setting it is only warm. The restaurant in the hotel is slow, however the food was very good. Valet service put a dent in the side of our car, which was very disappointing. On the other hand, everything in the hotel is very modern and the staff are extremely friendly.

  The location was very close to everything and was a great convenience.On the downside, it was very short staffed and the elevators did not work so we had to take stairs all the way to the 6th floor. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and any requests we had for more towels etc were not met. The room was also advertised to sleep 5 and include a sofa but the room did not include that when we arrived.

  The location is great and prices reasonable. The doggie welcome box is also a nice touch. The one working elevator is usually dirty and seems to be on its last leg. The staff is responsive but not particularly friendly. Room is nice. If you travel with a dog, the nearest grass is next to Jack Casino parking garage. The shower water runs cold to lukewarm. It got warm once, but it has to be on for quite some time. Parking is tricky if you are like me and don’t want to pay for valet. During special events, which probably happen often in this location, much of it is restricted on street or overpriced in lots and garages. Read signs carefully. Most overnight garages charge more than daily max because they charge you at midnight and again whenever you exit. For example, I paid $27 for first night for parking from approximately 9 pm Friday to 11 am Saturday. Luckily, my stay was on a weekend, which allowed for some free parking, but it’s work.

  Cleanliness it was not very clean in the hallways . No extra towels . Or pillows or blankets even though we asked for some . The elevators were hot .. we stayed over the Labor Day weekend the second day for our free complimentary breakfast the kitchen needed repairs . Needless to say when I did get towels dropped off and someone entered our room my Mac makeup became missing never found it . . Definitely needs improving the only positive side was valet the valet person only thing they was .consisted . Not satisfied wish I would of look elsewhere
