  Blood on my sheets and no customer service!!! ….I recently booked this room at the regular rate for a good nights rest. I checked in late around 11pm but did not get any sleep because of blood on my sheets. I called to have them replaced but was told no staff was available. I understand there is no staff, but the hotel was barely booked and I was not offered to be moved to a different room as a courtesy seeing as tho I jus checked in to a dirty bed. I was told by Thomas at the front desk that he would have a manager call me back, but of course that never happened. I don’t recommend this hotel.

  This place is amazing! I have never received such good service in a while, the staff from the housekeeping to the bartender Ron to the bar manager, down to the restaurant and chef themselves! Big up to the whole entire team! I wanted to give a special thanks to one of the mangers, Charity! She has showed us what it means to be treated well and to be appreciated. Thank you again for your hard work! It hasn’t gone unnoticed.

  Nice contemporary hotel, good location, lots of homeless people around, great food, comfortable bed. Getting in the shower was a challenge, kinda weird. Other than it was pleasant. The room didn't seem freshly cleaned. The hotel set is also awarkward.

  I have stayed at Hotel Indigo in others states however the Downtown Atlanta location was a first for this area. I must say that my husband and I both were not disappointed with the friendliness of the staff, cleanliness and overall appearance of the hotel. Our only complaint was $50/night parking cost with valet as their only option. Our overall rating for this establishment would be a 4.5.

  I had a really good time at this hotel. It was so clean, elegant, and peaceful. I felt completely safe. The shower, bed, and pillows were amazing. The room was so comfortable. It was as if my soul was being gently rocked like a baby. The grey color scheme in the hallway created a cozy soothing atmosphere. I think this is where I am going to stay every time I come to Atlanta. This is the first hotel I've been to since May 2020. What a great experience for easing me back into travelling with a sense of normalcy since the pandemic. Walter & Vincent were the most pleasant and attentive front desk personnel I've ever had the pleasure of encountering. The valet staff was so friendly...I didn't even mind that they had to readjust my seat!😆 Sorry, not too many photos. I was too busy soaking in the awesomeness of the experience.
