::We ordered it twice over the weekend because we loved it so much. Food was delivered earlier than expected during busy Friday and Saturday nights. They offer a wide variety for vegetarians. Salads were perfect, cheese pizza was excellent, so was the pesto.

::Pretty disappointed. We love hot box and have ordered many times from the Carmel location. We moved downtown recently so decided to grab some from the downtown store. NOT GOOD. Sodas were HORRIBLE. the machines clearly needed to be refilled. Breadsticks were hard as rocks and tasted awful. Told us 15 minute wait and when we picked it up right on time everything was cold. This location needs HELP. VERY DISSATISFIED considering hot box is normally one of my favorite places to get pizza.

::I have had a lot hotbox over the years. Recently it hasn't been as good. My most recent experience was I had a pizza order for delivery. It was a Monday and they were late by 3 hours! I called and called again. They said each time it would there within 20-30 minutes. On my last call they said I was informed that I would be 3 hours (which was not at all the case). They were kind enough to give me a free 1 topping large pizza coupon. Upon ordering this 1 topping large pizza they told me I still have to pay a fricken 4 dollar delivery charge. Seriously? What the hell is going on with this place? You have amazing pizza. Why waste it over horrible time management? Hite better and bring better service to the people that have kept you in business.
