  Decided to go to a hot yoga studio for the first time while on a brief stay in Tucson — soooo very glad my girlfriend and I settled on Hot Yoga Tuscan. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it for those new to yoga (I’ve been doing it daily for about 1.5years at the time of this writing), and i found the additional challenge from the 105° heat to be at my upper yogi limits. The studio itself was quite large and well-mirrored. There were also showers in the bathrooms and lockers for use. The studio rents towels and mats if needed, and has ice cold bottled water for purchase (no heat exhaustion-base price gouging either, $2 for a large Smartwater). Our instructor (I want to say “Bill”...) was great at pushing the class through its paces and having just enough breaks to keep us from collapsing. The drop in price is a bit high relative to the other studios in the area ($14) but from our experience it was very much worth it. We also stopped by another hot yoga studio before leaving Tucson, which was a much more mediocre experience and left us wishing we had just gone back to HYT instead.

  I love HOT YOGA at this studio! Jodi, Kim and Jen are fabulous instructors! The heat! The flows! The people! A super great place to work on your inner yogi! :)

  This is a wonderful new-ish studio for Tucson. Staff is terrific, studio is beautiful, and the classes offered are phenomenal. I love the hot flow class the best, but the Bikram style classes are also excellent. I have known Jodi and Kim for years, and they are exceptional! The flow series is done to music (eclectic and fun) and I have been really pleased with how much stronger I am since practicing regularly. The heat is great, you will sweat up a storm and feel great afterwards. I highly recommend HYT!

  I used to do "Bikram yoga" 10 years ago at a great little place (Providence, midtown Tucson) and when they closed up shop I didn't bother to find another studio and just stopped yoga altogether. Last year after having leg issue after leg issue due to running into my 40s, I found this little place close to me (Hot Yoga Tucson) and was glad to find a great place again and get back into a great stretch/sweat again! Jodi, Tovah, and Kim are all great and very positive instructors, the yoga flow is quite a workout. I have been shooting for 1-2 times a month with great results on my legs.

  Above all else, a hot yoga studio has to be clean! This one is!! Jodi and her team have created great flows, the instructors know all the right queues at the right time and are easily understood. Classes start and finish on time and the music sets Tucson hot yoga apart from the rest. I'm very impressed with this studio and hope to practice here all the time.
