  If you saw the neighborhood in lower Yonkers, meaning South Broadway & McClean Avenue area, you would realize how unbelievable it is that we even have a competent, clean Yoga Studio with access to many classes per day and a professional setup for making heat and airflow. They even provide mats and towels to borrow for the class, no extra charge. Will soon be my go-to-studio for Yoga. Great for the body.

  This is a fantastic studio.. Very welcoming and non judgmental.. Classes for every level and a great variety of classes. Have been coming for several years and would recommend to anyone looking for a great studio in Yonkers!!

  I love this place! Staff are great! Teachers are great -- each teacher has their own style which you get to know your teacher and are always willing to help! I am so glad I found this yoga studio NO odor very spacious and offer hot Bikram 26 ,hot vinyasa, and intensati classes!! 5 stars
