  Bought a groupon for 10 classes just to get refused! Was told because I already did one introductory class I could not use groupon. Instead of offering me another deal or allowing to stay for my inconvenience, was turned away. NO customer service At ALL! My sister referred me to this place. Warned me they were rude. She went because it's the only yoga place close to her home. I will NEVER go back. I prefer companies that try to accommodate their clients. Guess they're extremely thirsty for the money!

  Excellent instructors/customer experience. I have been coming to this studio for over a year and have made significant improvements in my flexibility, core control and overall mental well being. This has translated in my ability to squat, deadlift and workout much more effectively with significantly less pain. Highly recommend!!!

  It’s the most decent place in Nassau , however the room is not as hot as it should be and the hour classes are not an hour. I really wish they could just keep them one hour and make the room HOTTER!

  I’ve been going here for years. They have the best teachers. The studio is clean and has a warm inviting energy and everyone there is super nice! I wouldn’t go anywhere else for hot yoga! Love it there! Highly recommend!!
