  I really only come in here for silicone flesh tunnels now and tbh I've never really had a bad experience at this place since I was a teen. Employees here are eager to help but aren't annoying like zumiez, it's great tbh lol.

  it's a very nice and great place the have lots of things and you hopefully are bound to like one from looney tones to pops to anime to Rick and North and Harry potter they have lots of pops very good place and nice people and good deals

  Packed with sweet themed memorabilia and cool trendy shirts. My daughter loves this place and we always stop here and get stuff from her shows.

  I love the Hot Topic chain itself, but this location I can say I'll never return to. I came to this location with some friends and only had cash on me, but I wanted to buy a dress that was out of stock in my size in that store. So the cashier helping me suggested that she'd order it for me online and I could just purchase a gift card for her to use so I could have it ordered. I gave her my cash and she scanned a gift card then proceeded to throw it out when she was done using it. I assumed that everything was fine and I'd get my dress in a week. Well I got an email that my order was cancelled due to the dress I purchased being sold out completely, I then am pissed off because then I'm thinking hot topic just stole my money since my cashier never gave my the gift card that she asked me to purchase. So I went back to that hot topic location to get my money back, there was no way in hell I'd settle with a gift card because I never went to the store with the intention of buying one in the first place. I told the cashiers that were there that day about my issue and I showed them the receipts for the dress and gift card that had my cashiers name on them. But then instead of just solving my issue and giving me my money, they take 2 hours to get in contact with their supervisors about the problem to do what they only needed two minutes to do.... ridiculous
