::They have rude customer services skills. They seen to have fire a really sweet and amazing young lady named zene'. She always had a smile on her face everytime i came in there to get an oatmeal cookie. The cookies are not cooked all the way so it is a waste of money as well as my time to waste. The new staff is rude if you ask to talk with the manger or owner they will hang up their phone. Bad service all the way. You guys keep firing the good staffs for the new staffs. I wish all the old staff the best of luck with your new job who ever hire you will be happy to have you on their team. I will not longer waste my money or time on hot cookies

::I really just wanted a cookie. Unfortunately I didnt get one. Instead I got verbally accosted in an extremely awkward exchange. At the time I visited, I didn't know about the underwear, so I was very creeped out when a guy standing inside wanted a photo with me and the underwear. When I politely declined he kept going telling me I could "back that ass up". He could tell I was not having it so then tried to brush it off as a joke but still kept going. I just wanted to get away more than I wanted a cookie. At least it was good diet control. I don't think I will be returning.

::Where else can you get hot, fresh, chocolate-dipped, vulgar shaped cookies? This place serves one of the best Snickerdoodle cookies I've ever eaten. And if that isn't your favorite the selection on the right will surely make you snicker. Try 'em while they're hot, and be sure to tip your cookie server. Remember, cash only.

::The cookies are fresh and tasty. Small hole in the wall. They even sell mens briefs. You can't try then on so make sure they fit b4 u bye any. Many different cookies and pastries to choose from. Some are too sweet, I prefer tarts.

::They are awesome although overpriced at $3 per cookie, but they often have $1 day-olds which are just as good. Their employees are always lively, friendly, and flirty. I am docking one point on this review because the employees often blast music so loud that it’s like being in a club. I shouldn’t have to shout just to place an order. The shop is extremely small so when the employees are playing such music it becomes nearly impossible to place an order.
