  We asked for prices on converting two wood-burning fireplaces to gas. We did get a price for hardware and labor - and were charged for the estimate (shame on me for agreeing to that). Then Mike brought a plumber to work out what needed to be done to bring gas to the fireplaces. The plumber was an idiot, he and Mike were arguing - and no one has gotten back to me since. I don't think these guys know how to run a business or even how to be courteous. (The 1 star rating is because I can't post this with 0 stars.)

  I bought a big green egg they couldn't have been nicer and the price was very competitive.
